The holidays might be over, but fun things are still happening in Concord, near Walnut Creek, and in the

1. Concord 2021 New Year Guided Meditation

Kick off the new year with some guided meditation. You can join by laptop, desktop or through another mobile
device. The instructor will use the technique known as “Sahaja Yoga,” which is known and practice
throughout the world. During the guided meditation session, you’ll learn how to meditate at home, so you can
continue to meditate throughout the new year. Learn a new skill with this relaxing, peaceful virtual event on
the first of the new year.

2. Race Through California Virtual Race

The Race Through California Virtual Race, though based out of Berkeley, is happening all over the state of
California. You can join from anywhere, and conduct your race anywhere at any time throughout the month of
January. After registering, you’ll log your miles raced at any time that works for you. Choose the 1 mile, 5K,
10K, marathon or half-marathon race. Once you’ve finished your race, they’ll ship the medal to you! 20% of
the proceeds of the race will be donated to Feeding America.

3. Drive-Thru Crab Feed

Salesian College Preparatory’s 56th Annual Crab Feed is back – but this time’s a drive-thru experience!
Tickets are on sale through January 11. On the day of the crab feed, you’ll pick up your food by car. Once
you’ve got your food, you can enjoy this safe and delicious experience from a park bench, your car, or the
safety and comfort of your own home!

4. Evil Dead Live Virtual Party
