Walk it, hike it, bike it, love it! Mt. Diablo State Park

Right here in Concord, we’ve got superb recreation. Mt. Diablo State Park is a popular place to enjoy the fresh air, natural wonders, and some cardio. The setting includes pretty wildflowers, rolling hills, and lovely valleys. Treat yourself to scenic summit vistas including the Golden Gate Bridge, Farallon Islands, Santa Cruz mountains, Sierra Nevada crest, and more. Enjoy this departure from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This area has a tremendous history and is a sacred place for Native Americans. Going even further back, there are igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rock dating back to 190 million years B.C.
